Our Trip to Bosnia, July 2023
So, why haven’t you heard of the Bosnian Pyramids? Wikipedia has done its best to cast doubt on the validity of these, because it negates the mainstream story of man’s origins and the time period. We were there and can verify a whole complex of pyramids do exist as well as an extensive system of underground tunnels.

Are We Institutionalized?: Insights from “The Shawshank Redemption”
After our wine tasting expedition in Sonoma, Ca, we settled in to watch some TV. The Shawshank Redemption came on. It was a great movie by many accounts, including the lengths that Andy Dufresne, (Tim Robbins) went to feel truly alive and free. He spent a month in “the hole” for playing “Duettino Sull'aria” a piece of opera music, over the loudspeakers for the entire prison to hear.
Andy Dufresne: “That's the beauty of music. They can't get that from you...haven't you ever felt that way about music?'.....there are places in this world that aren't made out of stone. That there's something inside...that they can't get to, that they can't touch. That's yours.'
Another theme that stood out for me is the concept of being “institutionalized”. The character Brooks Hatlen, played by James Whitmore, memorably put a knife to his friend’s neck in order to halt his release from prison, his home for 50 years. Not being able to cope with the outside world, he hung himself. Red, played by Morgan Freeman, also struggled after being released, not knowing who he was or how to act outside of his micro-cosmic home in prison.
Contact with a Sasquatch
As we drove and neared our next destination, Packwood, WA, by Mount Ranier, I said to Rebecca, “The energy here is intriguing.” A few minutes later, I connected with why and I said to Rebecca, “There are Bigfoots here.” As I continued to drive, I started to open into the consciousness of the Sasquatch in the area.
We were having dinner a few hours later at Packwood Brewing and I decided to do an internet search on “Bigfoot in Packwood, Washington.” Somewhat surprised, this article popped up sharing a conversation the author had with the cashier at the Cliff Droppers restaurant in Packwood:
Know Your Rights
As soon as we got out of the car in downtown Whitefish, Montana, we were inundated with cheers and honking and saw protest signs down the block. Of course we had to check it out. The guy with the mike was discussing our Bill of Rights and the Nuremberg Code and how three letter agencies and government officials we ignoring our rights. Something was resonating with the town of Whitefish as many honks and cheers of approval resounded. I immediately wondered why more of this isn’t going on in other places around the world….or maybe it is and we just don’t see it on the news.
Flashes and Dashes in the Night Sky
Flashes! Dashes! Wow! Have you ever watched the sky at night? If you have, you may have realized we are not alone.
On Day 7 of our trip, we stayed in Bayfield, WI on the shores of Lake Superior. We stayed there on the advice of our friend, Peter, who has a cabin in northern Wisconsin and has had many contact experiences watching the night sky. On the way driving to Bayfield, I was assured by my Arcturian soul friend that we would have experiences sky watching. Well, within 15 seconds after sitting down, a light dashed across the sky right above and in front of us. This is what is called a “gate jumper” where they jump through a wormhole into another wormhole to primarily say, “Hi! We’re right here!”
Back to Becky and Bobby
The idea for this blog occurred on a hiking trail on the coast of Lake Superior a few days ago (see photo of Apostle Island Cave at bottom of the 2021 Roadtrip page). Robert spontaneously decided to jump instead of walk up the next step on the trail (main blog picture…reenactment). I asked if he got a sudden burst of energy. He replied, “just an inspiration from Bobby”. A glimpse of his child self showed up in that moment. We then discussed the transition we both made going from Bobby to Bob to Robert and Becky to Rebecca. The name change was important at the time as we were interested in being taken seriously in our chosen careers and moving up the corporate ladder. It may also have been a rite of passage or a symbol of our adulthood.
Life Goes On
Above is a picture of my brothers and me holding our childhood photos in the home I grew up in in Anderson, Indiana. Mom will be 92 on the 25th of this month and is still living there. It was a really special that all my siblings made an appearance (one by phone from Florida) as we passed through. I was glad they had the opportunity to meet Rebecca to see firsthand how special she is and that Rebecca was able to experience how special my siblings and their spouses were too.
Childhood Home
Visiting our childhood homes and schools we attended bring back so many memories. These memories are often clues to unlocking things that are holding us back even as mature adults. The afternoon of Day 2 of our cross-country trip was spent in Charleston, Il., my hometown. In fact the picture is of the house I lived in from birth to 19, much the same but it was white back then and seemed way bigger in my memories. Charleston is a quintessential midwestern town, with a town square with a court house in the middle. My dad’s law office was on the square right across from the court house. I remember things were not as rushed as they are now. My dad would always make time for coffee at the drugstore on the square with his friends.
Love and Fun
Today, Wednesday, August 4th, on the first day of our adventure across the U.S., we stopped in Nashville (Music City), Tennessee at Robert’s Western World. And yes, we had to stop there because it was named Robert’s and Trip Advisor highly recommended it. Now, this isn’t normally my scene, but it was really a lot of fun to be amongst so many people enjoying themselves listening to a super talented and lively band. They were a prime example of how to passionately express yourself, and when you genuinely do that from the core essence of your Being and with great joy, people just love to be around it and share in this core genuine energetic expression of who you are.
